Once accounts are linked or information is uploaded, the App will process and aggregate the data. Various services and special features can be accessed on the App, through a user-friendly dashboard or menu list. Some of the special features include the following:
This function confirms the client's existence when using the App. It achieves this by looking up the most recent time the customer used the App. If a client hasn't logged in or opened the App for more than 30 days, it prompts them to do so. If there is no response, the relationship manager is notified to check on the client. If the client's passing is confirmed, a link to his or her portfolio will be sent to the beneficiary or the trusted angel the client initially indicated on the App.
This gives users access to a vault-like facility where they can deposit crucial documents about their assets and liabilities, such as deeds to real estate, shares, cryptocurrency wallet credentials, etc. The trusted angel or Beneficiary will be informed of the documents included in the Box, together with other information regarding the client portfolio, upon death.
